I ordered chicken AND shrimp with fried rice. When I got the order it was shrimp only. I showed the receipt to the cashier who wanted to argue with me and GET LOUD.in front of others. She did NOT want resolve the issue. By this time my food was cold. Additionally she did NOT offer the punch card to us. Additionally there was soldier who brought his meal back because he asked for steak instead of chicken. She did not question him she just took him at his word. I’m quite disappointed with this establishment. I know they change people a lot but you CANNOT RAISE YOUR VOICE AT THE CUSTOMER And when you make a mistake then fix it. YOU and no one will yell at me or any customer! Fix your tone and your voice

I know that people put peas and carrots in fried rice. But lets be honest the amount of peas is getting to be too much. If they want to add color add green onions instead, it would add a subtle improvement in taste while keeping the splash of color.

I'm only rating it so low overall because they usually forget something with my order. If I'm not missing one of my sides or drinks then it's the sauce on my food. I typically order through the app when I'm working so I don't have enough time to check my food container to make sure it has everything before I leave. I'm always disappointed when there isn't any extra sauce, if any sauce at all, when I ordered it especially since I double check to make sure the request for it is applied before adding it to my cart. Aside from occasionally missing items or sauce the workers are great and friendly and the portion sizes are large but worth the price I pay.

The food is good. I would like to recognize Ms. Vangie, she is an awesome employee, my order is always correct. She he very polite, seems like she really enjoy working for your restaurant and she is a hard worker, because of the service I’ve received from her, I have referred numerous employees.

Literally love this place. The food and service is always amazing especially the energy and customer service of Vangie! She’s great and very much excited to greet each customer. She alone makes my experience amazing! The food is great and I love that it is made to order! So it’s fresh every time! I highly recommend this restaurant!
